Return and Exchange Policy
Incorrect Product or Style Delivered
Our team works diligently to ensure that the product you ordered is delivered to your satisfaction in the style/size/color you selected. If, upon inspection, you discover that the incorrect product has been shipped to you, please contact us immediately, to arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Returns for Reasons Other than our Error
If you decide you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason you may do so within fifteen (15) days of the delivery of your order. Please be sure you read and understand our policy. Contact us for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number; follow the directions contained here and contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org .. We will issue you an RMA number by email. Shoes returned without a valid RMA Number will not be accepted.
Once you have the RMA Number, please fill out the Return_Form and return it with the shoes to us. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED AFTER 15 DAYS FROM RECEIPT. We do not refund worn shoes; when trying on your shoes, we recommend that you try them on a soft carpet.
USED OR SOILED SHOES AND SHOES WITH SOILED SOLES CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
Only totally unworn, as-new shoes will be accepted for return or exchange. We recommend that you always try your new shoes on over a soft, clean surface. This will help prevent soiling the suede soles of the shoes. Unused shoes must be returned within 15 days with a copy of the RMA email you receive from us.
Refunds will be subject to a $15.00 restocking fee per pair plus an origination processing and handling fee. You will also be responsible for shipping charges from your location for returns not as a result of our error.
Exchanges will be subject to a re-shipping fee of $15.00. You will need to go to the payments page on our main website at www.bocaballroom.com/Payment/payment.html and make a payment of $15.00.
Refunds for authorized returns will be issued (less the restocking fee and origination and handling fees)) within 24 – 72 hours of Very Fine Dance Shoe Store’s receipt of the merchandise in its original re-saleable condition.
For your convenience and security, Very Fine Dance Shoe Store accepts Paypal.
Pricing and Typographical Errors
In the event that a product on our site, or in our store, is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect product information due to typographical error or an error in pricing or product information supplied by our vendors, the Very Fine Dance Shoe Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product. Further, the Very Fine Dance Shoe Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase of items with erroneous pricing or product information, and Very Fine Shoe Store cancels this order, we will issue a credit to your Paypal account in the full amount of the charge.
Very Fine Shoe Store collects sales tax for items shipped to any address within the state of Florida (6.5%). We also collect sales tax for within the state of California (10%). For orders shipped to other states, but within the United States, we are not required to collect sales tax.
You must cancel an order before it is shipped to avoid shipping charges and the re-stocking fee. Any payments made by Paypal will be refunded to your Paypal account.
If you cancel an order that has already shipped, shipping fees and re-stocking fees will apply. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
Shipping and Delivery
Most of our items are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Large orders are shipped via UPS. You must provide a valid street address for any order we ship via UPS. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. We will charge you $10 fees for incorrect shipping address given. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping is FREE for all ground shipments within the 50 states of the USA**. Excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and other U.S. Territories. Free shipping is only available for orders placed online, by fax, or via email.
All deliveries to physical addresses within the continental United States are shipped via ground service FREE of charge unless stated otherwise.
International Shipping Charges
For international shipping, the Shipping & Handling varies depending on the destination. Please email us at email@example.com for exact shipping charges prior to placing your order.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Very Fine Dance Shoe Store offers quality products from the best brand names, and makes every effort to ensure that these products are packaged and delivered by the most reputable and qualified shipping companies. However, you are responsible for reporting shipping damage or any shipping discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery. In the case of damaged contents or any shipping discrepancies, please contact us for assistance immediately.
Upon receiving your order and verifying payment information, you can expect your order to be shipped the next day. Most orders should be received within 5 business days.
If you order an item and it is out of stock, we will contact you right away to let you know.
For out of stock items, you will receive a “good-faith” estimate of a reliable delivery date. In the event that you are operating on a restricted time frame, every effort will be made to expedite your order once we have been notified. In the event that an extended delay is anticipated on your order, you will be promptly notified and can make your decision at that time to either wait for your order or cancel.
